I often find my black 2015 4X4 DCSB covered in mud down here in south louisiana. I went ahead and got me a chemical guys foam blaster the other day, and i tell you what, it works wonders. Ill use it to soak down all that mud and let it dwell for a little while. then pull out the ole pressure washer and let it eat!
all that soap loosens up that dirt/mud in no time and makes it a breeze to knock all of it off of my paint before starting my hand wash.
    Anyone else use one?

I've used Gilmour Foam Guns for years and wouldn't ever wash a vehicle without one. The only thing I do differently is blast as much of the built up dirt / mud off first. Then I soak the whole vehicle with the Foam Gun and let it soak a bit before washing using the two bucket method. My favorite filler for the guns is Poor Boys Super Slick & Wax.

I am not sure what the difference would be, I bought the Brass Gilmore one off Amazon a few years ago with some Chemical Guys soap.

Maybe you mean foam gun instead of blaster? A foam gun hooks up to a garden hose while a cannon requires a pressure washer.

That is commonly referred to as a foam gun.

That chemical guys nozzle leaks like crazy. I use a lot of their stuff, and only have had a few disappointing CG products, that is one of them.
