Fog: driving w/o lights or fogs only=stupid!

    For me, fogs on at night in seriously foggy conditions, as in I have to slow down and my headlights look like pencil beams, otherwise they're off.

    If I was a 17 again, I'd have em on all the time so you could see I had white fogs, then yellow, then blue, and now purple! :crazy:

    The only real question for me is white or yellow...or as they called it way back when, amber. IIRC, when I was a kid, fogs were always amber, then at somepoint, they started to showed up in white. I could be wrong, but anyway. Avid shooters, pilots, etc swear by amber lenses for reasons like contrast, glare, clarity. In the end, it seems more important though to have a low, wide beam that shines though the least amount of fog possible.

    If the fog is bad enough on our highways people will drive with thier emergency lights on just to be sern more. I thought it was odd when i first seen it but it made sense

    You mean hazards?

    If so please make sure and turn them off before turning on your turn signals to make a lane change. Because they are the same bulb most dipshits I see on the road running hazards think they have turn signals on and no one will let them in....so they just cut the people off. Little do they know no one can see their turn signal because the hazards are on.
