I have the same problem with my stock lights. I tried everything even dried it out with a hair dryer. Finally gave up. Plan on just replacing them with some LED's at some point down the road.

I have the same problem on passenger side only. Mine has and keeps about 3/8 inch of water inside.

Or get the KC G4's and put Yellow Color Shieldz over them. Very highly recommended light.

    The mentioned for light thread:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-led-sae-j583-fog-pod-fog-light-review.554813/

Current recommendations are Rigid SAE D-Series in Selective Yellow with Rago mounts (difficult to aim but awesome output), or direct replacement KC G4s in white. Diode Dynamics has an exciting fog release coming out in a few weeks as well.
