No, I hit a deer running 65mph..( I had this truck for 4 months bought it new ) Atleast I can now see them in advance..hope to not ever hit another though.!

Im telling you it changes the way a person drives on a long 30 mile stretch of dark highway!

thanks again @memario1214 it's been a few weeks since installed and just wanted to say it works flawlessly with the factory LED's no issues with auto high beam either!

 

Ordered on Friday before the holiday weekend and it was shipped out the same day and arrived Tuesday. That was quick. It literally takes less than five minutes to install and works flawlessly. Thanks again for a great project!

Just received mine and got it in, works great! Only issue I had was pulling the larger relay, actually pulled the cover off and the base stuck. So I put the cover back on and used one of my plastic trim tools, did not want to use metal near the contacts, shaped like a 4" pry bar, to get under the base safely and pry it up. Oh, had to take out a smaller relay next to it to get the clearance. Easy peasy after that, nice little set up.

 

Installed recently and it works great.

 

Well, I resisted as long as I could. After a long dark rainy drive towing the trailer to Fort Flagler State Park on rural roads with no other cars I broke down and ordered this. It arrived today and was super easy and quick to install. However, I'm ready for sunset that's later than 4:30.


(In this case it is futile)
