Thanks. Seems like it would be a one off as I believe the ECU is the same on the TRD trims regardless if they came with LED headlights or not. I think, don't quote me on that. But I do know that Toyota built resistors into the OEM LEDs, which is why they work with an adapter harness that just changes the plugs on the TRDs. I would think if Toyota changed the ECU or other electronics to run the LEDs, they would have just addressed the resistance issue with it, as opposed to in the headlights themselves. This is speculation on my part, but my money is on this set up working with the factory LEDs fine.

Put mine in today a set of parallel jaw pliers would have been ideal, but I used a pocket knife.
Work as it was supposed to. I recommend it.
NOW just need any ANY TIME LOCKER MOD time to get the lead out LOL

I used some knipex mini cobras. make light work of the fuses.

if the fog lights are off, the high beams activate the fogs. at least that's how mine are functioning. is there a reason the harness turns the fogs on rather than keeping them on?

A little of this and a little of that.
Received and installed. Thank you @memario1214 Colton!

Very straightforward installation and works as advertised on a 2020 non LED headlight TRD Sport.

I do have pliers for relays…:D

Quick pop-in for a weekend update. Both of our most recent OEM LED testers' units that were sent out have returned with their feedback... WE ARE A GO. Both of those units came back with reports of working as intended.

We'll be shipping out the early adopter OEM LED units this week! I believe that we should be able to get through order #6343 on this first batch of units. For everyone else waiting... they're coming I promise! I'll give a more solid ETA when I can. I know a few folks sent me PMs over the weekend here and I'll get to them tomorrow.

All this mod is doing is just providing another source of power to the fog lights from the high beam circuit. Thats why they come on with the high beams even if you have the stalk set to off.

Without this mod, when you have the stalk set to on the fogs have their own power circuit. When you activate the high beams a relay temporarily disconnects that circuit shutting the fog lights off.

With this mod, when you activate the high beams and that fog light circuit is disconnected, the fogs then draw power from the high beam circuit.

Finally got mine installed yesterday (I was out of town when it came in on Friday). All functions work as advertised & I really like the flexibility to use the fog lights whenever I need them & not be limited to the low beams. Thanks @memario1214
