this problem is in reference to stock factory fog lights

my passenger side fog light works sometimes and sometimes does not work. the driver side always works fine. i have tried a new bulb but it behaves the same. it will work ok for a few days then not work for a few days.

has anybody else had this happen?
    any advice to fix it?
it is currently 18 degress outside so i dont wont to be outside fumbling around too long, so if anybody has any ideas or things i could check i would appreciate it.

dont touch the glass on bulbs....................save receipts and packaging for silverstars, they have a warranty.

Try to return it on good faith. (the bulb)

check your wiring........... turn on the fogs, jiggle the wiring behind the bulb,
then jiggle wiring behind the interior button,
then change the fuses if the above didnt help (hey, it may seem dumb and like a fuse either "works" or "doesnt".......but atleast u can rule that part out as process of elimination).

    get back to us.

sounds more like a wire short or a short in ur plug,,, which by the way a short will cause a bulb to blow as well.. so don't be quick to be upset with ur silverstar..lol....check ur wire harness and shake it from beginning to end while someone watches the light.. this can somewhat help u figure where the short is.. use a cheap bulb to find this as I mentioned a short can help blow the bulb ...
