Fog light needed!! need advice

hey i need a 4inch "outside diameter" fog light for my new bumper. Could anyone help me out with this. Im not sure what to go with HID or LED. i have 6000k headlights and 6000k fog from the stock bumper but the new bumper setup doesnt work with stock fogs. Let me know what you think and if you have pics of yours id like to see it too. thx
