Im sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but i just changed out all of my standard bulbs for LEDs and I was testing out the fog lights when I noticed that they only come on if the headlights are already on and, also, they turn off when the high beams are pushed on. Is this normal?
I thought they would just turn on and off when you press the switch on the dash.
    Just an observation.

That's the way they are suppose to work.

Search for fog lights anytime mod if you'd like to wire things so the fogs come on anytime you press the button.

Not a coincidence I think. If I recall correctly the wire for the AC converter relay is right there by all the others related to this mod. Over the years that fuse/relay box has changed a few times along with the wire colors - also some of the spare taps referred to in the "easy" mod page don't exist in later models.

Anyway I'd try to find an appropriate wiring diagram or just look at the fuse box diagram for the relay related to the AC converter and check the wiring in there.
