2015 plane jane 4cyl AC 4x4----- no fog lights from factory. hate the the look of the cover plates. i realize i could add fogs but that would necessitate running wires and installing a switch and i really don't need fogs. looking for something easier and arguably more useful for me.

wondering wether i could install fogs and drop a hot wire and ground down from the headlight wiring, and just use the fogs as headlights?
or install amber lights and do the same thing with the turn signal wiring?

not sure if this would cause issues with the system?

any help others can give is appreciated.

You may want to remove the cover and see if there is a wire there. You may be prewired for fog lights and if so all you need are lights a switch and a relay
