Maybe fuse to fogs is no good (engine bay fuse/relay box)

With a jumper wire, ground the fog blue. Test. (engine ON, parking lights selected)

small wire, yes. Hold it with fingers or tape to bare tip on blue wire. Other end to proper ground. (can be white with black tracer on the Cargo Lamp connector.)

Do you have a multimeter? Maybe the t-tap hasn't done its job.
You could try with another wire, this time (carefully) touch or wedge it next to the pin inside the M6 connector where the blue wire exits, the other end to that bolt you chose.

I actually had to pack up for the day I have some family outings later but i could try that next. I disconnected everything from the t-taps and put the dash back together because i have work tomorrow.

assuming we try that and the fogs still dont turn one we are down to it either being a bad relay or bad fog lights right?

When i get my adapters in the mail for the amber back lights on those fogs that may tell us whats up.

idk if this is relevant but when i pulled that yellow jumper wire off the end thats was bolted to the dash smelled a little burnt. Didnt see any signs of burning though idk it could just be how those smell but I didnt smell that BEFORE grounding that blue wire

You could start testing all items first, all separate. Fogs lamps on there own, relay on its own. etc. About the smell, can't help you there.

I feel so dumb. I found the issue and it was so simple. Basically this green relay below was plugged in backwards. This relay is double layered and I guess one of the pins slotted in to the second layer turned on the blue LED for it. I had to unbend the pins in the switch to get them to slot properly back in to the relay.

the correct wiring figuration for this switch is this as you stated earlier. D2901BA8-456C-45CD-AEA4-1A2807C953E5.jpg

Anyways, job done, and in the words of alex jones “im kinda retarded”

on the plus side i learned how to use a multimeter and learned some basic diagnostics of electrical things. :D
