Fog lights for 99 tacoma

I just put some sylvania silverstars in my truck and noticed a world of a difference at night, try those as well

I know you had mentioned getting new headlights but i think i saw from another post you were looking at new casings so i wasnt sure if you got new bulbs.

I have 2 lights I want to mount in the same place. I have the same front end on my 2000. How did you get to the bolts on the inside, through the grill..?? Also, was it hard to drill those holes? The plastci cover the metal bumper, correct?
