fog lights for dummies

i hate to do this, but i just bought some fogs on ebay. they come with no instructions. they seem like there pretty good quailty, made in china. there suppose to fit a 2015 taco 4cyl 4x4 base. the kit came complete, lights,switch, rely, fuse, all ness. wire. should a pay a shop to do it or can i muddle my way through it. i want them anytime with key on. help.
