Fog lights help/question

16 Inferno SR5, 18 magnectic gray SR5 4x4

I have read most of the light issues installations post and couldn't find a straight answer.
Should I go with H11 55 watts or H16 19 watts for my fog lights?
I'm replacing stock for yellow bulbs.
