I have some aftermarket fog lights and a harness, that allowes them to become turn signals too. So my question is how do I do that. They have a plug male/female but the there is a yellow wire that hangs of the insulation. Can anyone help with that? I'll post photos below.

Sorry it has two yellow wire next to the plugs and a black and red wire.

Those are the fog lights, so when turn signal is on then it will flash yellow. But what I would light is if they can be on while running DTL with turn signal. Would appreciate it if yall can help me out.
