Where is the best and cheapest place to buy OEM fogs that has the switch and the bulbs included? Also, my truck didn't come with fogs from the factory and i'm wondering if its wired already so the only thing I have to do is put them in?

You'll also need a relay, or you'll burn up the pushbutton.

Pop out your top left blank. Existing wiring should be plugged into the back of the blank cover, if it's already wired. Checkout the fog lights anytime mod thread for the location of the relay. You may be lucky there as well.
