I've got a 2009, one of the fog light bulbs have went out...I plan to change both of them. What are some good quality light bulbs? Should I stick with Toyota bulbs?Brighter than factory is a plus.

I've had good luck with Nokya bulbs and I've heard Putco bulbs are good also. I went with Nokya because I liked the yellow bulbs.

I had Nokyas and even with reusing the OEM bulb gaskets, they blew in approximately 10 months of use. Most of my commuting is done before sunrise and after sunset (except in the summer) so they get a fair bit of use. It's a shame, because they looked great. I'm running Hella Optilux now, maybe a tinge more yellow, but still great output. I'm curious how long they will last.

My OEM bulbs were OSRAM, fwiw. I don't think you could get a higher quality bulb, output maybe if you searched around based strictly on lumen output.

I second that. I love the yellow bulbs and found they make a big difference in bad weather.

PIAA's are also a good quality bulb. They have a cleaner light output over factory.
