Hello fellow Tacoma owners! I have an sr. Does anyone know if I’ll have to run wires? Or is there hookups there already? I know I’ll have run a switch. Does anyone know where I can find a diagram? Please and thank you!

No wires and no switch. 399E6F45-9359-4525-95BA-D8275B817F9E.jpg
I bought an aftermarket h11 halogen bulb wiring harness and used a add a circuit to tap into the low beam fuse. I found a ground on the side near past the battery and added a fuse from the battery to the relay. It works great.

So I have a 40 amp relay. It has amp 15 amp fuse, one wire goes to the ground, one goes to the actual fog light assemblies, and the last one goes to the battery with an added fuse to protect it. I tapped into the low beam fuse since sr does not have a drl fuse and turns on when I turn the low beams on.

Good luck. I’m no expert so I hope it works. I had help from two other people too.

You can also run a wire into the firewall and have a button switch too.
