IMHO, I don't think it's worth having the Fog's on with High Beam's. Personally, I think you would be better off purchasing a Light Bar / Driving Light Kit. And then simply use your High Beam circuit to trigger the relay for your new lights. I did this exact set-up on my previous JK Wrangler. And It was awesome.

Or he could do both! MORE LIGHT!!!! I do think that the kit could be advantageous if someone didn't want to spend the extra $$ on a light bar setup. I have a hidden bar, but on a switch. I'm contemplating this kit, though. Like I said, MORE LIGHT, lol.

Agreed, more light. But, you can accomplish the same thing (actually better) with a pair of Euor / Driving beams. The cost of this kit will almost off-set the cost of going the "better" route. Just my $0.02

@DWD484 You already have everything you need to make your Light bar activate with Highs. Just need to add a little more wiring.

An easy solution would be to swap out your turn signal bulb for a switchback.

this requires replacing a relay with a different one, or adding a new 5 pin relay? maybe pm me if you are concerned with jacking this thread.

I wired my low beams to stay on with the high beams in my old 99 Tahoe with about ten bucks in parts. On a new truck, I would go with "plug and play" I don't like to do anything to a newer vehicle that can't easily be reversed. I don't think I miss the fogs when the high beams are on. If I ever decide I need more light, I'll probably go with a grill light.

That is the reason I use two relays. The only modification to the OE system is the additional current from the new relay (maybe 0.01 amps). The system can be easily reversed by removing the wire tap fro the OE head light circuit. I used this system successfully on a 2007 JK Wrangler (With CanBuss). And had ZERO affect on the OE systems. I also used this same system for Reverse Lights and Puddle Lights. The biggest benefit for this type of system is NOT using the OE "plug-N-Play" power supply. By using the battery as the primary power supply, you further reduce the chances of electrical issues with the so called Plug-N-Play systems.

Your right, I'm just a nobody. But you really should do a little research on the difference between Fog Light System and Driving Light Systems. You may actually figure out why this is a poor choice.

On my 2019 the lows already stay on with the highs, I would be more interested if the lows went off like they did in my tahoe.

I’m not into the Broverlander look nor am I trying to light up a whole city. I have HIDs in both fog and lows already. I just want them both on at the same time
