Prepping to install fogs in my 2015 and the color switch threw me off so I'm doubling checking my research...yellow direct to + terminal, white tapped in “Tail” spot of fuse box?

Thoughts on adding an inline fuse between the relay and battery?

Did you get a diagram with the kit?
I don’t see a fuse in your picture.
I am assuming there is more wiring to the kit than is pictured.

I’m not sure why you are using the tail light fuse?
Unless you are wiring it for a lighted switch?

With out a diagram, or knowing what wires go where. It will be hard to help you?

As a general rule, I never wire anything new into a "mission critical" or "safety" circuit. Your tail lights would fit both of those qualifiers.
