Has anyone successfully incorporated fogs with a first gen ARB bumper?

    ^This one.

Either by installing them on the light bar and pointing them downwards or cutting holes and mounting them in the bumper like an Allpro.

Additionally if putting them on the light bar, will they still function as fogs? With fogs does it matter where they are placed, or more so where they are pointed?

Most likely it can be fabed. You will just need to ask yourself whether the expense is worth it.

edit: pertaining to the allpoop style mounting solution.

Do the hella's work like fogs though? Or are they positioned for trail riding?

    i rarely use them

youd prob be able to put a wide fog beam set of lights there and adjust them slightly down to achieve what youre looking for
