    I love meatloaf.

Mine usually just has carrot and onion though. What you got going on in there?!

Did a reverse sear on some pork chops two nights ago. I like to blend the @bvbull200 spicy pitfaced rub with the original rub. I've never done them before and they turned out great, although next time I'll actually go to a butcher and buy them so I can get something thicker than 3/4".

Did my usual Sunday night wings tonight. Of course I didn't set back the clock in my living room so I cooked them an hour early!

Just before I took em down. The wife's orzo beat salad was pretty good too!

I sure hope that Joe Hunter & Joe Tax Payer show up bigly tomorrow.

    Figured I'd cook some All-American eats tonight.......burgers & brats.

First step was to conjure up some proper burger sauce.

All American eats on a major eve for our country.

Hoping folks will say a prayer tomorrow before casting their ballot.

Last night did a couple of chickens on the rotisserie. Was doing it in part for the PF competition but wasn't happy with the pictures so went with something else. But sure as hell happy with the outcome don't care what the pics looked like! Been too long since spun meat on a stick.

Simplest injection ever, PF rub mixed with apple juice. Then shot the birds up until they couldn't take anymore then rubbed them down.

little more than 3 hours at 325 deg.

Hmmm not sure where my carving picture went but they were juicy as hell.

Fired up a second kettle while I was at. No boil mac and cheese. With King Crab added at the end. And doctored beans.

Not sure which is my favorite part of the meal so been picking away at all of it today. Still not tired of it.

All kinds of stuff I really ought not be eating- but I'd love to have some.

Is that a Weber kettle with a rotisserie?? I may have to look into this.
