Beer Battered Brats? As in cooked then into Beer Batter and Deep Fried? Good lord that sounds good. Though I think I had a heart attack just thinking about it. Man now it's got me wanting to make some more of my philly cheese steak sausages and then beer batter and deep fry those.

My wife made this refried bean dip thing for lunch last week, then that night we had something else that was filled with beans. I was like damn the bedroom is going to sound like the horn section of a jazz band tonight.

Sour Kraut is a killer for me. I'm pretty sure when it's handed to me the EPA should just show up and curtain me off for the night. :)

Not battered, I guess beer boiled? Whatever the process is of cooking them in simmering beer before finishing on the grill. I know it isn't accurate, but we've always just said beer battered .

Deep fried does sound kind of good!

Deep fried but not before being wrapped in a bacon weave... I feel like I was 100lbs lighter before I discovered this thread.
