Tequlia is and has been my thing for a long while. I wonder why it messes with more people than most? I used to be able to drink it like water. Don’t know anymore since I can’t drink like that anymore.

I did the 3-2-1 method on the ribs.
Made with fresh cracked pepper, Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning, 7908AB8C-956E-4BE1-9FD2-534FD71634E3.jpg 3A29B3D8-BF26-4E2F-AE47-F444D7A65A54.jpg CC6E4764-A44B-4FC4-9B47-79C4A5F7DE68.jpg 13BD0EA0-89DC-447B-B941-1ED6CB464D47.jpg Memphis style rub and made my own BBQ sauce... made with Sweet baby rays , honey, apple cider vinegar and chopped fresh pineapple.

Been watching those since they came out mainly for rotisserie cooking where wires get in the way. Reviews seem to be hit or miss 3.3-3.7 out of 5 so haven't pulled the trigger yet. Although shot more than 500 rounds since Thursday so I am approaching the flinch zone right now LOL.

Screw the reviews, does it work and worth it? I'll take your review over a hundred from unknown sources. I KNOW yours would be with proper procedure, you can't help yourself

Rotisserie would be awesome for this. I'll do a thorough review once it comes in:thumbsup:

As much as I love tech that seems like a lot to go wrong. :)

If I lost a brisket because of it I might end up on the nightly news.

All you need is a extra beer and /or bourbon to wash it down.

And just realized why I take so many pictures of my cooks also. Documentation. Proof. Supporting Evidence. Including EXIF and metadata information. Even though digital pictures were not even on the radar when I went through Nuclear Power School and not sure I want to know how old Zach was when I did LOL. In Hyman we trust indeed. Guess the experience really does embed itself in you for life. And that is not necessarily a bad thing and why I get paid to do what I do.

To hell with the bend test looks great to me! I am starting to prefer that way myself looks like the bones fell off when you tried the bend test :hungry: That "pull" thing is for comps where some judge wants to determine that you have total control over your cook. Cook them how YOU like them

Here was our dinner. All cooked on the smoker. Was good and lots of leftovers.

Looks mighty good. What I wouldn’t give to have gluten for a day. Quality pie is kinda nonexistent.
