Build a rack fist for Uplifted and then start on Bryan’s. Have two others in progress.

In-laws spotted it at Lowe’s, was returned for a faulty ignitor (dead battery). They picked it up for under $300 and gave it to me as an early birthday present :headbang:

It was like butter!!!!!!! I will only buy prime grade for tritip. It was only 7.99/lb. This was like 12 bucks I think.

Its been a while since I've been on here.

Last year I was experimenting with Ghost peppers and while they have a great flavor the heat was just not what I was looking for. My last batch of Ghost pepper jerky I use 19 ghost peppers, lack pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper and hot sauce. Don't get me wrong it was hot just not hot enough.

So back in April my wife bought me 4 juvenile Carolina Reaper plants. We've been taking care of them since and now they are starting to give back. By the weekend I'll have 5 possibly 6 peppers that will be ripe. Whatever is ripe is getting used. I have a whole eye of round thawing and after trim will be about 5 to 5-1/2lbs of good clean meat. A 12 to 24 hours soak in the marinade and onto the dehydrator.
