I love beans but kidney beans disgust me. Texture taste and feel.

I was joking. I posted previously about comments on another forum. Many 'experts' said a food probe will not read accurately when used as an ambient probe. Ummm, it's the same thermistor in a differently shaped container.

I figured but maybe you knew something I didn’t know. I am sure it is off some but better then relying on the gauge on the lid.

Center dump, wings around the outside. One hour, flip half way through. Sauce and back on for 5 or 6 min.

I rubbed some boneless chops with On Point and did them on the gasser this evening. I have just about replaced my pepper shaker with On Point. This stuff is flat out awesome. On the side, I had some shaved Brussels sprouts and sweet potato gnocchi with sage and brown butter. Happy Sunday!

For $90 pick it up and run!
Personally not familiar with that one, but I'm sure Google or YouTube can probably help you figure it out.

    On edit:
This was last weekend but same general idea. I did use cookie pans this time as last time I dropped many between the grates. It did force me to pull all the baffles/grates out and clean the grill up though so not all bad lol
