Sounds like you need a bigger grill to fit all that in one :D

Good cookin' right there. As tasty as anything from the oven, da bomb from the smoker. Nice!

Smoker catches fire, burns pork butt, creates too much bark and now you associate too much bark with a traumatic event. :notsure:

My food never looks like the food you see in recipes, but it still tastes good! Flat iron steak with chimichurri sauce

I like the bark myself. Wish you were closer, I’d gladly take that in a to-go tupperware..:hungry:

Stupid late dinner. Later hours at work. Less time for smoking/grilling. Make it work somehow.

Tri tip steaks. On point rub. Teriyaki glaze on 2 of them for shits n giggles.

Got away from me as far as doneness. Never did these “steaks” before.

Also, raise your hand if you always light too much damn charcoal for what you’re cooking.:annoyed::anonymous:

It doesn’t burn wood, but this might be my next cooking apparatus. My plant bought this the other day for us and we are seasoning it up right now. A sweet rig for $229.
