    Well that's to bad. I just add some pellets to my tube for more smoke and I get all the flavor I want.
    I would like to add a primo and a gaser to my 26 weber and pellet pooper to complete the quadfecta butbmy wife would probably send me to the crematory.

    Bought a cheap ass top round roast, gonna smoke with pecan at 225 till 120 IT. Wanted to experiment, Sunday fuck around with the smoker.

    It's a fat 2.5 pounder so it'll probably be medium on ends and rare in middle, but that's part of the experiment. Only cost a few bucks so wtf.

    Yeah, no matter what, oughta be plenty tasty. That's a cool thing about smoking... Take cheap tough cuts, make them shine.

    Hello! My dad is huge into smoking food. He is a big green egg guy. The food rubbed off on me, not th cost of the egg (or the weight) and I picked up a small WSM at the beginning of the summer. I picked up most of my tips and tricks from him and haven't made a meal I've hated.

    Tonight I found some tri-tip steaks at Wally World super discounted so I thought I'd give them a try. The seasoning is simple. Fresh minced garlic, sea salt and pepper. I've done a few tri-tips in the past and it's one of my favorite. Never had it cut like a steak though.
