That's a better meal than you could have bought at a restaurant. Happy birthday.

Careful once you start doing it yourself you'll be hard pressed to find anyone that can come close to what you can do. Just saying although it is nice to have someone else do the clean up once in awhile. Oh and Happy Birthday to you and the celebration of another year of life!!!

Personal preference but once you smoke and get those sprouts cooked down hit them with high heat and caramelize them. Even if it takes the broiler in the oven to do it. Caramelized sprouts takes them to another level IMO.

Thanks! I'll have to give that a try. I do like a little crisp on my sprouts. I'm lucky to have roommates that are happy to clean up when I cook.

Thanks! There's something to be said about doing it yourself.

Pork butt on sale for .99/lb. at Food Lion. Now I’ve got something to do Saturday besides mow the yard and drink.

...I’ll probably still mow the yard and drink.

Butt rubbing is much harder with today's social distancing.

Received! Thanks a bunch. My daughter's are going a little stir crazy, so I'm sure they'd love to help package another order.

We'll wash our hands, then get it all packed up this evening. :D

Don’t cough or fart on it. Those are the things that spread it right?

This was a thin brisket but came out perfect. Easily the best one I have smoked so far.

Threw down a couple meat loaves and a turkey breast last night. Overall, very pleased with how they came out!
