    I thought about a thermopop. Looks like they are very accurate also falling just slightly less accurate than the MK4. But I thought to myself just go for the MK4 with it's accuracy and it's features. Also looked at the glow in the dark case. Didn't read enough to see it had magnets attached. Might have to order one. Do you get jellybeans if you just order an accessory?. :rofl:

    Probes also told me they were just defrosted... 34* and 35* internals. Just in time :rofl:

    Only thought for wrap was to keep the color.

    Thanks! I still have no standard or preference to wrapping. Usually a cook by cook basis.
