I found this on youtube from
Armadillo Pepper. It’s crab meat and sausage stuffed pickles wrapped in bacon with a BBQ glaze. 02CCAAAF-6E75-431F-9F9D-49FBCEDEE9AB.jpg878F0357-65F6-4AAC-96C7-60C953F222C9.jpg9F3F4545-B422-40AC-9D19-6C35AC4098F3.jpg

Whomever came up with this idea...

Stuff is good! Thanks again @Bigdaddy4760 for the idea again!

Strained and defatted the liquid and put a quarter ish back in meat. Rest I made a gravy from. This was good enough without the gravy, but I had to :D

Jiffy box cornbread with some of my pickled jalapenos.

    Whiskey and couch time. :drunk:

I went to Walmart a few days ago and Brisket was over $4\Lb. I didn't buy one. I went back early this morning before the heat kicked in and they had a better selection It's dropped to $2.95\Lb.

This stuff is on the list of "why did I wait so long to try!?"

There's actually chicken and more carrots in the crock pot right now:rofl:

I've done the chicken thighs many times .... I made the Mississippi Roast many times in the crock pot and wanted to try something new.. I like using the spicy ranch dip mix for the chicken.. and as I am typing this.. I am betting a pork loin could be sliced thick and then butterflied to stuff a pepperonchini inside and follow the chicken version in the crock pot... why do I come up with ideas when I am stuck at work?!? HAHA!

Ohhhh... stuff the pork chops and then smoke them for awhile then add them to the crock pot! Layers and layers of flavor there!

    :boink:

Want to try something new. I like red meat just not enough to buy the weight of a brisket. Chuck roast from time to time fine. 12 lbs of brisket at once is just too much for me.

I’ll make them with venison

Well by my count I have like 37 more times to remind you that you don't like red meat.. and venison is considered red meat as well

    Hey now. 34.

my friends fiancé got bitten by the lone star tick so she does have the allergic reaction to beef but not to venison. It varies because my coworkers son got bitten and he can’t eat “anything with 4 legs” (he can eat poultry). I still don’t eat much of it.

Once you try this, you'll be buying a packet or two every time you visit the store LOL and you might as well pick up the gravy packets to do the chicken thigh version too
