    Confession. I’ve lived in Austin 20yrs now. I’ve been to Franklins, Blacks, Smittys, And other known bbq places. Never been to Snows. Heard so much about Tootsie even before this episode. So I typed Snows on my gps while watching and it’s 35miles away. What the hell is wrong with me. I’d go there just to meet that lady.
    So I’m going to make a trip there as soon as this Covid crap is done. I’m sure being 85yrs old, she’s high risk and probably not even interacting with guests. But I’m making a trip there ASAP

    Grabbed a chuck roast for the lake house this weekend. Feeding a fair number of folks, so wanted something cheap and bountiful. Chopped beef sandwiches will hit the spot.

    Might need to try @Bigdaddy4760 's recipe, though...
