    It’s cooling in the fridge now. Needs to firm up a bit. @Silverspool let me borrow his slicer so I can get some thinner, more even slices. This belly had quite a bit more meat to fat ratio, so it looks promising.

    When I splurge & do a real 4 meat meatloaf I always weigh it down while it’s coolin’ with my trusty kitchen brick. Makes slicin’ waaaay more easy. :hungry:

    It might but you won’t notice especially if you use the real McCoy & get real veal. Slices up for Sammies real good.

    One of my “Go to guys” for food made the right way. Albeit gotta read between the lines for possible gluten content. Directions are all the same though.

    Still not excited about the Ridge Lowe’s brand charcoal. Burned about 25# so far. About another 100# to go...

    I will say it’s definitely not as flashy/fickle as kingsford. Definitely burns consistent.
