    Today’s smoke -

8lb butt - mix of meat church gospel and philips slab father rubs. Gospel is pretty heavy on the sugar and the slab father is more of a savory/peppery rub. Great mixed together. Smoked 9 hrs on a combination of hickory and cherry. Spritzed with an apple cider, bourbon, hot sauce, and Worcestershire mix several times. And wrapped the last 2 hours to make dinner time. Added some Meat Church Honey Hot rub, a little butter, and a few pinches of brown sugar before wrapping.

1 lb of wings marinated overnight in Meat Church Holy Voodoo and Cajun butter and then dry rubbed with Holy Voodoo before smoking at 300 with hickory/cherry combo.

1 lb of wings marinated overnight in a homemade mango peach habanero sauce and then dry rubbed with some jerk seasoning. 300 hickory/cherry. Then tossed in the mango peach habanero sauce and popped in the air fryer to crisp/caramelize (pic taken before saucing).

Probably my best cook yet! Everything was on point!

Mango Peach Habanero recipe posted (last line should say ground pepper, not salt again). I can post directions, if y’all are interested. It was delicious... Sweet and spicy, but not super hot.

Put this on last night at 8:30. When I got up and checked it this morning at 9:00 it was at 189 deg. Just took it off and it's resting now.
