    I didn't get a picture this morning, but the pork roast turned out amazing. 5 hours in the smoker around 200-220 degrees using oak wood and oak lump coal. Then finished off in the oven at 220 degrees for 6 hours. I let it rest for 1.5 hours and then shredded it up for pulled pork sandwiches.

    Ohh, and this coal is awesome.

    This coal is made by a family run business out of flatonia, TX. Super nice people.
