How do you do the flank? Are you finishing it in the smoker, or doing it reverse sear style?

I just did one reverse sear, it was real good.

I saw some in Sam's Club yesterday for $4.28 a pound. They usually only have three in the case.

Almost done with my UDS. Gotta attach the air intake and then try and strip more paint. Then giving it a super hot firing to burn everything else off, then high temp paint goes on and she's done.

We shop there on occasion for some things for the kid. I find them to be pretty pricey, but their quality is generally good. I guess you get what what you pay for.

They are very pricey. I usually try to shop elsewhere. Seems like i get twice as much groceries for the same price at other stores.

My son is allergic to milk. They have some good snack items there that are milk free, that most other places don't carry. I agree with you though about the prices.

I'm gonna go with fuck no again. They only had 24x24 expanded steel too. I don't have a angle grinder with cutoff wheel so I had to go through about 10 dremel cutoff wheels. If you buy me an angle grinder with cutoff wheel I'll make you all the baskets you could dream of.
