BLT tonight for supper. Cooked the bacon on the gasser. Likely the last store bought bacon on it for awhile.

    bacon on the weber.jpg

Sunday when I pull the bacon out of the cure to smoke it thinking about turning a few pounds into bacon candy. Not pork loin burnt ends but bacon burnt ends. Hell I even like the sound of it, has to be good...

The app shows you prices on clearance items from your local stores?

Yes sir, I have it set up for the store that is closest to me. It usually will also show how many they have in stock if it's a decent amount

Which kettle is it? The Weber Jumbo Joe is regular price $69 at Walmart. If your Walmart has the one I just bought for that price...I'm having it price matched or something.

Brickseek.com along with the SKU will do this for you. You can usually get the SKU from the store website.

Smoked it to about 124, seared, then wrapped for about 15 minutes IT was at 131.

Tastes good, but it is really difficult to enjoy after 2 root canals on my grill yesterday. I shoulda waited a few days to do this.
