I can't answer your question, and I know we eat with our eyes first. But that looks good, and if it tastes good... My buddy is a gen u wine certified KCBS judge. He is so damned picky about food I don't think he enjoys eating.

Looks good to me, I’d eat it. I find the hardest part cooking a brisket, especially just the flat, is getting them tender. I say you did very well on your first attempt.

Was your meat cold when you put it on? I believe that helps with a ring.

If you've seen the potholes in MI this year you wouldn't be thinking it's just to look cool.

Was telling the Mrs I need to do some serious work to handle these potcraters.

We can put a 4" Lift and some spinners on the coolers and sell them as customized. :)

You did good. I always put my
Meat on cold. My first flat was a flop. I’m getting better though.

Yo I heard you like bros, so I put a BroCooler in your BroComa so you can Mall Cool while you Mall Crawl.

It’s from a TV show, the one from my avatar and the one that three others followed up with pictures. One of them was even a fancy moving picture!

Seriously, it’s called Archer and it’s fantastic.

Won’t lie, I love it too. When I was growing up I was always the cheese shredder, and since we had Sketti multiple times a week my arms were swole :D all I need is Sketti, a salad made from ripped up lettuce head with store brand ranch and home made crunchy AF cause the oven is a pos garlic bread :D

Ours was Sketti, cheapo hamburger meat with ranch style beans stirred then layered on top with government cheese shredded on top baked until golden brown

Wifey was “gently and responsibly” chiding me about my habit of buying good ingredients for tasty foods the other day. At one point she said something like “u don’t need to put Parmesan on your spaghetti every time”
Ive been giving her a hard time about “luxury spaghetti” ever since lol
