    Pitface Rub and low and slow :)
    I usually cook until the internal is ~160* and hten I wrap it tight in foil and return ot heat until I'm about 190 then pull and leave wrapped and let rest four a couple hours - then slice it up and drool
    Probably so - I'd have to do some checking - gotta have a handful of people to eat but I doubt that's a problem haha

    basics:
    Trim fat to 1/4 inch, rub on salt, pepper, garlic, or rub if your choice. Put in smoker at 225-250 with wood if your choice. Wrap at the stall around 150-160.Takeit to 195 minimum, probe test for tenderness, if not tender, cook it more. After tender, wrap in a few towels and rest for at least an hour.
