Birthday dinner for the lady. maybe one of the best plates I’ve had.
Bone in stuffed veal with cheese and lobster, breaded and fried. Topped with mushroom gravy and rosemary. Side of risotto. OH MY GAWD.

Needed an easy low stress dinner tonight. Had some stew meat, some peppers, onions, and baby Yukon potatoes. Seasoned and roasted the potatoes in olive oil with savory herbs, rosemary, basil, garlic salt, Lowrys, paprika and a touch of sugar. Sautéed the peppers and onions then added the meat and cooked to medium rare then covered until the potatoes were tender. Pulled the meat and veggies and added them to the roasted potatoes. Made a nice gravy from the renderings in the pan. It was delicious.

Nice! Never thought about doing that. It would be a nice easy way to make a chili rellano like dinner. Make the boat, put in a roasted chili, add some cheese and sauce, put it under the broiler and ta da.

Maybe my mom does it different, but doesn't Quiche have pie crust

That looks like those 1 pan botched omlettes/egg scrambles I make a lot. If cheeseburger, where's the side of fries? Spinach or Mushrooms would be a good add to that too.

In my defense, I started with a crust but that turned into a disaster so I just abandoned that ship.

    Had with potatoes.

Also funny story - i had mushrooms to use for this and just completely forgot about them.

It’s my Friday and I’m doing quesabirria tacos for a spring break cul de sac party. I normally use chuck, but I had some leftover brisket point from my corned beef. Let ‘er rip!
