    No. I wing it. The filling is just breadcrumbs, cheese olive oil and spices. I like a lot of parsley in my filling. I also put prosciutto in mine. Many don't but i like the extra saltiness.

    I made my own sauce this time with my own canned tomatos.

    Edit: throw the hard parmesan cheese rind into the tomato sauce. Makes it good.
