    I do - but it's so damn sticky. Thinking about getting one of those dedicated rice cooking machines at the Walmart cause I so suck at it.

    Was that brown rice you were using?

    That makes sense. Fridge the rice first and then break it up.

    Sounds like you added to much water while cooking the rice. When the rice is done, they shouldnt clump together to badly and should break apart between your fingers. No I used white rice to cook mine. Botan rice to be exact.

    Just foil wrap your ribsl with some seasonings or a dry rub and if you want some bbq sauce. Low and slow.... I have added some liquids like grape juice, rootbeer, soda. There was a pic not too long ago of the ribs in a pot in the oven.... it does come out good. If you do add liquid just take them out of the liquid and cook it off.

    250 of 200 for a couple hours.... if you dare to open them and they fall off the bone they are done.... just finish them off out of the foil.... on the grill of in the oven

    Every now and then when the kids help to prepare dinner it gets interesting.
    This is salmon marinaded in a raspberry vinagrette salad dressing and ice-cream sprinkles for a little added color (if you don't have rainbow trout there is no reason not to have rainbow salmon:cool:). My wife was not too impressed at first, but the rest of us enjoyed it. The rest is garlic creamed spinach and colorfull pasta alfredo.
