    Greetings!
    I just stumbled onto this threat and felt I had to join in.

    I live, work, & play in a commercial kitchen.

    Here's one of my creations...

    The Bacon Pizza:

    1) weave bacon to make a Sheet O Bacon (measuring roughly 12"x12")

    2) Lay Sheet O Bacon on HOT griddle and let the magic happen...

    3) After a good amount of fat has been rendered and Side A is crisping up, FLIP that sucker!
    [​IMG]

    4) While waiting for Side B use the giant pool of liquid flavor (bacon fat) that now surrounds the bacon to saute diced veggies (onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, & bell peppers) and top the bacon with cheese.

    5) When cheese is melted, top with grilled veggies from step 4, then finish with diced tomatoes.

    6) ENJOY!

    I understand my first posting was a bit extreme...."epic mealtime" style. Although I love those types of creations, I rarely eat them. Here's something a bit better.

    Marinated Chicken Breast, char-broiled, then laid over lettuce, with some tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers & avocado.

    creativity comes in MANY forms as well as being appreciated by the select. I doubt any of us in here mind, plus it's a look inside to what went into the meal which creates more intrigue in wanting to try out the dish.

    Todays dinner for Sunday Dinner and pics to follow: Chicken Bellagio with basil pasta, prosciutto with a handful of arugala on top and a white cheese sauce covering the plate. With a sliced steak mushroom barley soup. And I am making cake in a cage which you will have to see pictures of the hardened sugar globe, assuming it comes out ok. I am filling angel food cake with sugar berries (strawberries,blueberries,blackberries, and raspberries). A home made whipcream topping. Those pics should be epic....!!!!
