    I have a nice Sony DSLR camera and i am going to have to start taking my photos like that....That way I can see how much better the photos come out. Maybe next weekend I will make something kind of gourmet meal and try out the photo display.

    ^^^Haha this will be a crazy week for me at work so I wont do much cooking at all. If anything I might make something and bring it in to eat at work maybe Sunday.....That is the only reason why I said next week. I dont really want to wait I just kind of have to...

    Sweet potato banana protein pancakes

    200g sweet potato
    100g banana
    5 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1 scoop protein (I used iSatori Eat-Smart chocolate chip)
    50g flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    Cinnamon
    Top with protein sludge (<---1 scoop protein, 1 tbsp pb {I use Adams All Natural} mix for desired consistency and spread on top of pancakes)

    Started out with a 5 lb boneless pork shoulder roasted it with (red wine vinegar,olive oil,red pepper flakes,garlic powder,salt and pepper) rub/marinade. Roasted it on 500 for 20 minutes the I lowered it to 250 for 2.5 hours

    I put it on the slicer and then slow cooked it in barbecue sauce for until it was hot

    loaded it on a martins potato roll
