    Ok...preheating the over now. I also took some of the left over stuffing mix and put it in with some BBQ baked beans...cooked them all up and turned out tasty.

    They're really easy to make.

    Take ground sausage (1/2 pound) and mix it with shredded cheese (1/2 pound). Kneed it together like bread dough. Cut Jalapenos on one side, devein and de-seed. Stuff them like a taco and wrap them in bacon. Stick a tooth pick in them to keep bacon attached. Bake in an oven as shown for 30-35 mins at 450*F.

    My first thanks giving dinner... Sweet potato casserole with marshmallows, green bean casserole, stuffing, and mashed potatoes made from scratch.. cranberry sauce and rolls were not made from scratch.. aaron cooked the turkey and it was PERFECT
