    what do u guys do that you are plating up such masterpieces? I used to be a chef.......... years ago then went army.

    I dont know about everyone else but I just really enjoy cooking. Didnt do it much when I was younger but it was when I moved out of the parents house where I started getting into it. Been watching Food Network for years now and a bunch of other food shows on the Travel Channel!!!:D

    I have been cooking since I was a kid. Always in the kitchen watching,chopping, tasting and learning. Graduated w Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from San Diego.

    I guess I have a bit of a "food porn" problem. Pretty much the only thing I post on FB is pics of my dishes. Maybe one day the rich uncle I never knew I had will find me and finance my restaurant. Until then, I'll stick to sales.

    Sauteed asparagus, panko crusted eggplant & flank steak.

    The studies were rough but the hands on was awesome and almost natural. I want to attend the Culinary Institute of America someday. Dont know when, they actually offer 3 or 4 day courses that I might give a try.

    Oh okay I see. I've been enthused with cooking ever since I left home for some reason. I think its cause my mom did all of the cooking when I was growing up so it was something new to me when I left and I've been interested in it ever since!
