    Once I have cooked a whole lot more on it I will stand by it more, but for the first time using it the ribs came out good.

    then take some shallots mince finely, sweat in butter add your wine of choice reduce by half add whatever herbs you feel like then BAM!!!! red wine reduction. maybe add a brown chicken stock made with roasted giblets and mirepoix to the wine before reducing, or OJ or whatever you feel like trying really.

    They were on for almost 6 hours. I dont know the temp I have to buy a thermometer. I am thinking about one of those hand held aiming style. I am also going to get a probe style for the meat itself. The only thing that I had was the 3 heat (low,ideal, and hot) thermometer that is on the lid to the smoker.

    They came out really good. I was delightfully surprised how well they came out. I always ask when anyone tastes something I made whether or not they would order that item at a restaurant and if they would make it again. And 5 people at work alone tried them and both were yes. The wife gave 2 yesses as well..... hahaha

    Yogurt was breakfast along with some scrambled eggs.
    Lunch was cream of broccoli soup that I jazzed up a bit wih some seasoning.
    Just had some chocolate pudding to fill the void.

    Im open for suggestions... Still a bit loopy... :rolleyes:
