    Damn that looks good :hungry:

That salsa looks interesting also. Never tried something like it. Mango salsa was the only different than normal type I've tried.

It was really good. Super easy, just dice everything small. Watermelon, green tomatoes.... which I did 4 tomatoes and only 1 was green, cilantro and juiced half a lime. Really good, had a friend over and make a nice late night snack.

According to the wiki, Lodge is the only major maker in the US, but that just means if it says "Made in the USA", it's probably Lodge. Obviously lots of retailers import their goods.

Made dinner with my girlfriend last night. Don't mind her mid-facial expression picture, my phone has some annoying shutter lag .

But we grilled bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. The pizza is a whole wheat tortilla like thing....pesto sauce, fresh mozzarella, the veggies, more mozzarella and some veggies. Came out bomb!

I was stoked to make teriburgers tonight but then realized I didn't have any buns or bread.

So when all else fails... RICE!! :D

And I was gonna make patties and top it off with brown gravy. Made two, but they took too long so I just cooked the rest as is.

Oh and don't forget the cup full of Pass-O-Guava juice :woot:

I think most you see in the chain stores are from Lodge. Made right up the road in South Pittsburg, TN. Every year, they have a cornbread festival and a few celebs have dropped in to compete before.

While there, you can tour the Lodge plant and see how they make their cast iron cookware. They have nice outlet store as well, with a "seconds" section where you can find stuff a little cheaper.

I love my cast iron stuff. Once you get 'em seasoned right, they're tough to beat!

I get a lot of funny looks for this one, but...

    ...

I agree on the steak part!

I'm just not that huge a fan of lobster though. I've had it properly cooked and such, it just...I mean, its OK and all....

But seriously, given the choice, if I'm paying for it by the pound I'll likely go for the cheaper better-tasting crab legs, personally.

Yeah I know what you mean about lobster and I'm not a huge fan but I still like it but like you said, I'd rather have some nice crab legs instead!
