    I am grilling some cornish game hens, just salt and pepper. I think I might make them into salad tomorrow. They were very moist and juicy when I took them off the grill. I tented them until they cool down to room temperature that way they stay moist and juicy

    Somewhere on this post I put a turkey chili recipe on here that is awesome. It is very fresh and tasty, even better that it is turkey and still so good.

    Any wine drinkers in here? I have a dilemma, I like dark red wines, usually Cab's, oaked/unoaked all cool with me... Seems like women aren't into dark full flavored wines... What are red wines that appease people who like sweeter reds, and dark full bodied reds?
