I just started a pickle brine for the 5- 4 inch bone in pork chops that are going to end up being in the brine for 21 hours before I grill them up tomorrow. I am smoking 3 racks of ribs with an apple juice water bath. I have a total of 7 adults coming over for dinner tomorrow. I am also going to grill foil wrapped potatoes with olive oil and onions and smoking corn for around an hour..... pics to follow. Sorry about the teaser.........

I know that I have had whole wheat pasta but you are right that it is not that bad. It is better then other whole wheat models of certain foods like whole wheat tortillas such as whole wheat breakfast wraps.

Here are the smoked ribs again, nothing really special smoked for 6.5 hours.

Here is the entire meal, I made a pickle brined pork chop that I grilled then baked. I put a mushroom escabache on it. There is a baked potatoe that I wrapped in foil with olive oil , garlic and onion on it. I made a roasted corn relish with green, red peppers and onion earlier in the day too. All the family loved it and more importantly noone left hungry or dissatisfied!!!!

    back to bone stock.
that chop looks GREAT!! love me some pork chop.

thought outside the box last night. had to make room in my freezer, so i simmered down a bunch of rotisserie chicken carcasses and made a delicious stock..had ZERO idea of what to do with it, so i rally and made this:

Albondigas!! mexican meatball soup. it was fantastic, and i'll try it again.
found some random recipe on the net..
