    Oh he said he had a blast!! Great time he said. I didnt even know he went until after he got back!! Lucky bastard, haha.

    I forgot the name of his sushi bar, might be called something Hanada since thats his last name. I know his dad is pretty old school and takes his sushi seriously. I guess at there place you cant ask for soy sauce on the side and just have to eat it the way he serves it.

    I'm really surprised of how many nice dishes and presentations I have seen on this thread! At first I thought we would see a bunch of McDonalds and Taco Bell type pictures showing off their Big Macs and burritos but I have seen some great chef work on here!! Good job everyone!!:thumbsup:

    I made meatloaf tonight :D
    Lean ground turkey, chopped spinach, minced garlic, chopped green onions, chunks of colby jack cheese and some premade spice..eggs and bread crumbs.. 2lbs meat, cooked at about 400 for about an hour..till 170 degrees in center.
    I was short on time, should have added a layer of cheese in the middle, but it was tasty!
